📦 Shipping Information
We work with third-party suppliers under a dropshipping sales model. This means that products are shipped directly from the supplier’s warehouse, usually located outside of Switzerland (mainly in Europe or Asia).
📍 Delivery Areas
We deliver to Switzerland as well as several European countries. Please check the available options when placing your order.
⏱️ Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on the product and the supplier’s location.
On average, delivery takes 7 to 20 business days after order confirmation.
A tracking number is provided when available.
💰 Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are displayed at the time of payment.
Some products may be eligible for free shipping.
🇨🇭 Customs and VAT
For deliveries to Switzerland, customs duties or VAT may apply depending on the value and origin of the goods.
These fees are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the displayed sale price.
However, we strive to find solutions to limit these fees or exempt them from VAT.

🔄 Multiple Orders
Products ordered together may be shipped in several separate packages depending on the suppliers.
⚠️ Liability and Transparency
While we do our best to ensure fast deliveries, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs procedures.
If you have any issues with delivery, our customer service is available to assist you.
📦 Defective or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you have 7 days after receipt to report it to us via our contact form.
We may then offer:
A free replacement,
A credit voucher,
Or a refund, depending on the case.
🚫 No General Right of Return
We do not accept returns for a simple change of mind, in accordance with Swiss law.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility except in case of error or proven defect.
📦 Exceptions
For hygiene or customization reasons, some items cannot be returned or exchanged, even if returns are authorized.
📤 Procedure
Contact our customer service within 7 days of receiving your order.
Attach clear photos of the product concerned.
If a return is authorized, we will provide you with the address to send the item to.
Refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days after receipt and validation of the return.
