Sales
Products ship directly from suppliers abroad. Estimated total delivery: 1 to 2½ weeks, including preparation and transport. Prices are in CHF; the charged total and delivery costs appear before ordering. Import charges may apply. See Delivery and Terms and conditions of sale.
Personal data
Contact details, addresses, orders, payment references and customer service exchanges are used to fulfil orders, handle payments and deliveries, answer requests and meet legal duties. Technical data and server logs support site operation and security. Newsletter subscription is optional and can be cancelled.
OVH hosts the shop in France. Stripe handles payments and Google reCAPTCHA Enterprise protects forms against abuse. Suppliers and carriers receive information needed for delivery; shipping from abroad may require sharing delivery details abroad.
Data is retained as needed for these purposes, claims and legal duties, including statutory accounting retention. For access, correction, deletion where retention is no longer justified, and other rights under Swiss data protection law, contact client-service@geekstuff.ch. Proportionate identity verification may be required. You may also contact the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner.
Liability and intellectual property
Liability follows Swiss law; mandatory rights remain reserved. Brands and content belong to their respective owners. Their presence does not imply affiliation.
