Terms and conditions of sale — GeekStuff
Seller and orders
GeekStuff.ch is operated by NovaTool Sàrl, UID CHE-247.079.211. Contact: client-service@geekstuff.ch. These terms apply to deliveries in Switzerland. The version displayed when you order applies. Review and correct your products, address, delivery and total before pressing “Order”, which creates an obligation to pay. Electronic confirmation follows successful payment. Keep this confirmation. Available payment methods appear at checkout; Stripe processes card payments.
Prices and delivery
Prices are in Swiss francs. The amount charged by GeekStuff and delivery charges appear before order validation. Products are shipped directly by suppliers abroad. Estimated total delivery is 1 to 2½ weeks, including preparation and transport. See the Delivery page for details and possible import charges.
Non-delivery and defects
If an order is late or missing, contact us with its reference. Where required by Swiss law, demand performance and allow a reasonable additional deadline. If delivery still fails, you may withdraw from the contract and claim reimbursement under the Swiss Code of Obligations. Check delivered goods and notify us of defects immediately after discovery. Warranty remedies follow Articles 197 et seq. of that Code, including price reduction, rescission or replacement under the statutory conditions. The limitation period for warranty claims for new consumer goods is two years from delivery. The seller covers return costs for confirmed defects or delivery errors. Contact us for return instructions.
Change of mind and refunds
Swiss law provides no general withdrawal right for online purchases. We do not offer voluntary returns for change of mind. Rights for defects, errors and non-delivery remain unaffected. Approved refunds use the original payment method. For an accepted return, processing is planned within 5–10 working days after receipt of the returned item; subsequent bank processing depends on your financial institution. This return period does not apply to undelivered orders.
Data and applicable law
Order data is used for payment, delivery and customer service. Contact client-service@geekstuff.ch for access, correction or deletion requests, subject to legal retention duties. See the legal notice for privacy information. Liability and jurisdiction follow applicable Swiss law, with mandatory consumer protections reserved. Future changes do not alter existing orders.
